Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Items returned without original packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will not include original shipping fees.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Changing pads
- Discounted or sale items
- Sample sale items
- Purchases made with store credit from giveaways
If you receive an item with an imperfection or if something is missing, please contact hello@verlow.store or contact us on WhatsApp at +92305 5477708 within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.
For international returns, duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the cost of the goods.
